Market reality: Because the structural silhouette is shared, you cannot legally prevent other brands from using the same base bag shape.

When a Tech Pack is needed: Comprehensive Tech Packs are strictly required for OEM projects, where engineers require precise technical specs to draft and build entirely new molds.
